What can Solved's AI do?

What data does Solved's AI answer from?

On your own data: the incidents, actions, records and documents already in Solved. It is not a generic chat — it works directly on the plant's information.

How do I know where an answer comes from?

Every answer includes the code of the report or record it comes from — for example UTD26_175_001— and it can be opened and read in full. That is what separates a query on your own data from a generic chat.

Can it open an incident from an email or free text?

Yes. From an email or free text it generates the incident with its description, its priority and the email attached as evidence, ready to assign.

Can it cross a machine's history with its checks?

Yes. It crosses an asset's history with the checks that came back KO in its records, which is usually what explains why a breakdown repeats.

Can it create a chart on the dashboard?

Yes. From a plain-language description of the KPI or the chart, the AI builds the visualisation and adds it to the dashboard.

Can it import my Excel checklists?

Yes. Automatic checklist import reads templates in Excel, PDF or Word and structures them as digital records, without retyping them field by field.

What does using the AI cost?

The platform runs on credits, so the cost of each use is known and there is no unmetered usage.
