What is OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness)?

OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) is an indicator that measures the real efficiency of a production line or machine by combining three factors: availability, performance and quality. It is expressed as a single percentage that reflects how much of the productive capacity is actually used.

It is the reference standard for detecting hidden losses and prioritizing production improvements.
