OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) is an indicator that measures the real efficiency of a line or machine by combining three factors: availability, performance and quality. It's expressed as a single percentage that reflects how much of the production capacity is actually being used.

It's the reference standard for uncovering hidden losses and prioritizing improvements in production.
