Master data sync: customers, suppliers, products, batches and assets flow from the ERP into Solved and stop being maintained twice.

No. Solved runs on its own: it brings the whole plant's incidents, records and actions together without depending on any other system. Integration comes in when it adds value, not as a requirement for starting.

Downwards, the master data: customers, suppliers, products, batches and assets flow from the ERP into Solved and stop being maintained twice. Upwards, the data from incidents handled in Solved goes back to the ERP to be consolidated.
Who does the initial integration?

Yes. Solved's data can be queried in real time from Power BI, as well as in the platform's own dashboards and reports.
How long does go-live take?
A typical rollout takes two to three weeks, with support throughout. Integrating with the ERP, the MES or the CMMS does not extend it: that is a later phase.
