HACCP

What is HACCP?

HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) is a preventive food safety management system that identifies, assesses and controls significant hazards at every stage of the production process. It's internationally recognized and mandatory in the food manufacturing industry.

It rests on seven principles ranging from hazard analysis to verification and record keeping.
